No salvation: FOX kills 'Terminator' series
If you, the Zap2it readers, were in charge of network scheduling for next season, then all the talk about "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and "Chuck" being on the bubble for renewal would disappear.

The majority of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" fans admitted on last week's poll, that they most want to see Judgement Day on the season finale of the FOX show, or at least an appearance by Ah-nold (Arnold Schwarzenegger) himself.
"Dollhouse" fans are all hepped up about the not-really-a-big-deal wrap-up of season one with episode 12, "Omega," on May 8, rather than with episode 13. But season two of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" is coming even sooner. As in, Friday, April 10.
Dollhouse, you know about. But you might be interested to hear that Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles is also back on the air this week. The show returns from a two-month hiatus Friday to finish out its second season, and executive producer Josh Friedman says fans won't have missed anything in the time off.
Sigh. FOX did it again. On Thursday (Nov. 6) afternoon after most East Coast reporters had left the office, the network sent out a new midseason schedule that basically scrapped everything FOX sold to advertisers in May.

The sample size is pretty small, but early returns on the new TV season suggest it's not an especially good time to be a new show, and an even worse one to be a second-year show -- particularly one whose first season was cut short by the writers strike.
