Apparently, MTV had approached the city's government about filming the upcoming Snooki/J-WOWW spinoff in the city, but according to the Jersey Journal Hoboken mayor Dawn Zimmer would rather the honor go to some other locale.

Honestly, not much else happened. And the fact that we can't get too excited about Vinny's exit is just more proof that the show, like Pauly's sticky-fingered date, has worn out its welcome.

What with all the manufactured drama and probably prompted one-liners and non-stop cast-member tweeting during the broadcast, it was hard to get a spontaneous moment in edgewise. Still, we loved it.

Much of what we liked about the show is still there: Trash talk, binge drinking, drunken antics, a group house worthy of "Hoarders" and lots and lots of inane conversation. But, there is such a thing as too much of a good thing.
