HGTV's 'Beat the House' sneak peek: New show helps buyers find their 'forever home'
If you're looking for your "forever home," you shouldn't have to settle on a house you're not 100 percent happy with. HGTV's newest reality series, "Beat the House," hopes to help couples find the right home for them while adding a little competition into the mix.
Hosts and real estate experts Christopher Kromer and Jojo Jones compete to convince buyers who think they're already found their new home that there may be better buys available. Jones and Kromer then find better/nicer/cheaper homes for sale that will have all the buyers' wishes as well as offer the best possible investment for their money. After the buyers tour Jones' and Kromer's finds, they decide which agent "beat the house" they originally selected ... or they might choose to stay with their original house.
The two agents have very different approaches when it comes to finding homes. Kromer's approach is all about finding his clients the smartest investment, while Jones isn't concerned about just making the sale -- her passion is about pairing people with the home of their dreams. So who will "Beat the House" in the premiere episode?
