'True Blood' Season 6 pictures show off new guest stars
HBO has released a whole bunch of new images to tease the upcoming sixth season of "True Blood." Among the 22 new stills, which can be seen here, are first-looks at some of Season 6's new guest stars.
Teased in the photos are Rutger Hauer as a man with connections to Sookie and Jason (and their fairy ancestors, perhaps?), Jurnee Smollett-Bell as a good-girl named Nicole, Arliss Howard as Louisiana Governor Truman Burrell and Amelia Rose Blaire as his daughter Willa. These images aren't especially spoilery, but they definitely should pique fans' interest in the upcoming episodes.
"True Blood" returns to HBO on June 16 at 9 p.m. ET. In addition to playing the mysterious cross between Bill and Lillith, star Stephen Moyer directs the new episode. Check out all of the new "True Blood" stills here.
