'The Biggest Loser': Jillian Michaels to return for Season 15, wants to take winner Danni Allen on tour
After two seasons away from "The Biggest Loser," Jillian Michaels returned for Season 14, "Challenge America." Michaels separated the weed from the chaffe early on -- as only she can do -- leaving Danni Allen the last woman standing on her team. At Monday night's (March 18) live finale, Danni showed America what having Jillian on your side can do, not just for the body, but also for the spirit.
The "Biggest Loser" winner says she's inspired to pay it forward and share what she learned from Jillian with the rest of the country. And she may get a chance to do just that as Jillian embarks on a nationwide "Maximize Your Life" tour. Jillian tells Zap2it she would absolutely love for Danni to join her as she criss-crosses America and parts of Canada helping people break through the issues that are holding them back.
Sadly, a little something called being "The Biggest Loser" may get in the way of immediate tour plans. "Danni's going to be busy on a 'Biggest Loser' press whirlwind of her own, and I don't know if she'd want to be on the tour bus with me and my two kids," Jillian says. "I'm hoping that if she's in Chicago when I'm in Chicago, she'll show up at my Chicago date." Tour dates are available on Jillian's official website. "I'm really excited about it," Michaels says of the tour. "It's the first time I've ever done this, where I can really talk one-on-one with the audience and help attack their inhibitions so they can reach their potential in the weight issue."
If you can't get enough of the hard-nosed, hard-bodied trainer, but you can't make the tour, you're in luck because Jillian plans to return for the next season of "The Biggest Loser." And she's hoping to connect with someone special like Danni again.
"I think that underneath it all, Danni had hope," says Michaels. "And she had the ability, despite how much pain she was in emotionally and physically, to show up every day and do the work. It just takes certain people longer to arrive at that place, and unfortunately on 'Biggest Loser,' it's a race."
