Justin Timberlake on 'Saturday Night Live': Watch full episode online
Well, this isn't the first time Justin Timberlake has dressed up as Elton John -- but it might be the first time he's done it to make fun of a dead guy. In "Saturday Night Live's" cold open, Timberlake mocks Chavez by performing "Candle In The Wind" as Sir Elton at the Venezuelan dictator's funeral. Chavez, a longtime foe of the United States, passed away this week after a battle with cancer. "It seems to me, you lived your life like a candle in the wind, if a candle could pull out two pistols at a press conference," Timberlake sang.
Oddly, when NBC released the full episode online, they chose to cut out the somewhat controversial opening sequence, kicking it off with his monologue and skipping the "Live, from New York, it's Saturday Night!" that beings every show.
You can watch the full episode online below -- minus the Hugo Chavez skit, of course. Timberlake's episode includes guest stars galore, from mainstay Andy Samberg to old favorites like Steve Martin, Dan Aykroyd, Steve Martin, Chevy Chase, and more.
