Grammys 2013: Ne-Yo to be a new judge on 'The X Factor'?

With Britney Spears and L.A. Reid done with "The X Factor," the big question is who will fill their shoes. Judging by his response to Ryan Seacrest at the 55th Grammy Awards, Ne-Yo might be one of the new judges on the show.

"It's conversation. Nothing is set in stone right yet. It's talks," he told Seacrest on the red carpet after much hedging.

That's a lot less than what he said the last time "The X Factor" judging opportunity was brought up. During a January interview with That Grape Juice, Ne-Yo confirmed that he's been courted for the role.

"There've been a few conversations, but nothing is set in stone," he said. "There's been a few lunches and dinners (laughs) but that's all I can say right now."
