'Community' celebrates 'Valloween': Guess the costumes!
It's Halloween this Valentine's Day on "Community"!
Wait, what?
"Community" Season 4 was originally supposed to premiere on October 19, just before Halloween. Thus, the show made a seasonally appropriate holiday episode featuring costumes and spooky revelry.
Then the show got pushed to midseason, not actually premiering until Feb. 7. That made the second episode of the season, "Paranormal Parentage," a Valentine's Day episode. Even though it's really a Halloween episode.
Got all that? If not, check out the video for a few more pointers on how one might understand this holiday mash-up.
Once that is out of the way, it's time to play guess the "Community" costume! We don't just get ghosts and witches and such on a show like this. In fact, in some cases, it's impossible to tell what the costume might be.
Take Abed's (Danny Pudi) choice, for example. What is he supposed to be?
Shirley (Yvette Nicole Brown) at least made an obvious pop-culture reference in her costume this year.
We can also easily identify Troy (Donald Glover) in his tiger costume...
But if Jeff is a boxer, then what is the Dean's (Jim Rash) costume supposed to be?
