'Boardwalk Empire' Season 4: Ron Livingston, Brian Geraghty join the cast

boardwalk-empire-season-4-ron-livingston-brian-geraghty.jpgSeason 4 of HBO's "Boardwalk Empire" is currently in production for a fall premiere and casting news is beginning to leak out, including new additions Ron Livingston ("Office Space") and Brian Geraghty ("The Hurt Locker").

Deadline broke the news of both castings, noting that Livingston will play Roy Phillips, a wealthy out-of-town businessman who catches the eye of Gillian Darmody (Gretchen Mol), while Geraghty has landed the role of Loren Knox, a prohibition agent with ulterior motives newly assigned to Atlantic City.

We're especially worried for Livingston, as Gillian's track record with men is pretty deadly.

Both actors have worked with HBO on the past. Geraghty had a recurring role on the most recent season of "True Blood" (in that horrible Iraq storyline with Scott Foley), and Livingston was recurring on "Sex and the City" (as the infamous Post-It guy) and part of the cast of "Band of Brothers" and "Game Change."
