Rob Kazinsky joins 'True Blood' as Anna Paquin's love interest

Sookie's (Anna Paquin) love quadrangle on "True Blood" is getting even more complicated.

in Season 6. Rob Kazinsky, best known for playing Sean on the U.K.'s long-running soap "EastEnders," is joining the cast as a regular in the fang-tastic HBO dramedy.

The British actor has signed on to play Ben, a seductive fairy who helps Sookie and Jason (Ryan Kwanten) investigate their parents' murders.

Kazinsky could be squaring off against Rutger Hauer, previously announced as a sixth-season baddie -- possibly even Warlow, the vampire implicated in the elder Stackhouses' deaths.

"True Blood" returns to HBO until next summer.
