'X Factor' finalists Emblem3 busted for party rocking

The surfer bros from "The X Factor" finalists Emblem3 are living up to their SoCal image: Apparently the three guys have been partying so hard in their "X Factor" hotel room that they've been threatened with eviction.

According to TMZ, the three teens are currently staying in a hotel in Los Angeles with the rest of their fellow finalists, but they got a little carried away with a rager in their hotel room (which was attended by other "X Factor" singers). Several guests complained about the noise, and security threatened to kick them out of their room.

"X Factor" producers intervened and they were allowed to stay, but it sounds like a pretty close call. They've gotten a stern talking-to, though. A source tells TMZ, "All the partying Emblem3 is doing is distracting the other contestants and they've been warned to behave."
