'X Factor': Britney Spears and Demi Lovato debut some new haircuts - yay or nay?

"X Factor" judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato busted out some new looks on the live show. They were actually very similar to each other -- both were sporting long, straight locks with blunt bangs.

Britney's is a warmer blonde than we've seen on the audition episodes, while Demi appears to have ditched any colorful streaks or ends in favor of a rich mahogany color. During the actual show, Britney had some waves to her hair, but in video packages it was quite straight.

Demi's look really works for us, she actually looks so much older with that hair, but in a good way. Britney's hair was OK, but her skin was pretty orange. Might want to lay off the spray tan or tanning bed for Ms. Spears.
