'Survivor: Philippines': Dana is down for the count

We've got a sneak peek of Wednesday night's (Oct. 17) episode of "Survivor: Philippines" for you, fans. The Kalabaw tribe gets a visit at camp, but not a welcome one.

In the clip, Jeff Probst and then the medical team are called in because Dana has a fever and her stomach is hurting on the right side, like a knifing pain that comes and goes. Medical thinks she could wait and see another 12 hours, drinking more fluids and reevaluate. But it's up to Dana.

Will she decide to see if she can tough it out? Meanwhile, this episode also features "a twist in the game" that changes tribe dynamics. We hope they aren't moving Malcolm and Denise to other tribes -- we were kind of hoping to see if they could Stephenie LaGross-it up.

"Survivor" airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
