'Pretty Little Liars' Halloween: Mona and 'A' have a 'Teddy Bears Picnic'

"Pretty Little Liars" is airing its second annual Halloween special episode in less than two weeks, so naturally the goodies and juicy tidbits are starting to trickle out. We've already seen Adam Lambert's debut on the show, performing for the Halloween party. But not all the tricks and treats are happening on the train.

In the above clip, Mona is back in the mental ward, where she and a hoodied "A" are just chilling, while she sings the "Teddy Bears Picnic" song. You know, as one does in the nut house. But who do you suppose is under that hoodie? Is it Toby? We have a feeling it's not.

The "Pretty Little Liars" Halloween special airs Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family. We can hardly wait!
