'Justified' Season 4 teaser promises a January premiere

You won't see much in the first promo for Season 4 of "Justified." But you will learn more about when it debuts.

At the end of the 15-second teaser, FX says the new season will premiere in January. That's somewhat more specific than the "early 2013" qualifier the cable channel had been using for the show, and in line with when the show premiered last season.

The promo itself doesn't show anything from the current season -- which will feature Patton Oswalt and Ron Eldard in key recurring roles -- but it's pretty cool anyway. A hand flops into the frame, dropping the gun it had been holding, and as it tries to pick the weapon back up, a boot -- presumably belonging of Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) -- steps on the wrist to stop anything untoward from happening.
