'X Factor': Will.i.am to mentor Britney Spears' contestants

As "The X Factor" gears up to begin airing its audition episodes, announcements have been made regarding the celebrity mentors for each judge's group of singers. Nick Jonas is rumored to be helping Demi Lovato with the 13-17 year-olds and Justin Bieber has signed on to help L.A. Reid mentor the over 25s.

Now TV Guide Magazine is reporting that Black Eyed Peas member Will.i.am is the mentor for Britney Spears' group, the 17-24 year-olds. The rumor for Simon Cowell's group category is that Marc Anthony is helping out the veteran judge.
