While numerous broadcast and cable networks including ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, HBO and VH1 will simulcast tonight's commercial-free hourlong special "Stand Up 2 Cancer," you can also stream the show and the pre-show event online.

A cross section of celebrities including Julia Roberts, Tom Hanks, Justin Timberlake, Gwyneth Paltrow and Katie Couric are participating in the fundraising event, with musical performances expected from Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Alicia Keys and Tim McGraw.
