'The Walking Dead' Season 3 spoiler poster: 'Fear the living'

When "The Walking Dead" returns for its third season Oct. 14, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) is in charge.

At least, that's what he thinks.

In AMC's new Season 3 poster, the good sheriff stands atop an overturned bus, gun raised. (This here is a man who knows how to point a pistol!) Behind him is the prison, where he and his dwindling band of survivors are taking refuge after zombies invaded their sanctuary at Hershel's farm.

We've seen in recent teaser videos that Rick & Co. encounter plenty of walkers at the prison, but here Rick is aiming his firearm the other direction.

Is he metaphorically taking aim at Woodbury, where the enigmatic Governor (David Morrissey) is calling the shots?

Based on the poster's tagline -- "Fight the dead, fear the living" -- Rick will be coping with a much greater menace than flesh-eating zombies.
