Ryan Lochte's '30 Rock' cameo: Olympic swimmer gets thumbs-up from Tina Fey

Olympic swimming champion Ryan Lochte is appearing on NBC's hit comedy Writer-producer Jack Burditt posted a picture of the gold medalist posing -- with thumbs up --with creator and star Tina Fey on set.
Incredibly, this isn't Lochte's only TV gig of the day.
"I'm all over the place," he told New York magazine. "I have the cameo for '30 Rock' in the morning, and after that, E! And then 'Live With Kelly.'"
Lochte also filmed a cameo for the CW's "90210," and has said he'd be open to starring on "The Bachelor" and "Dancing With the Stars."
