Kelly Monaco on 'Dancing With the Stars: All Stars': 'I really don't care if they think I suck'

kelly-monaco-dwts-blog.jpg"Dancing With the Stars: All Stars" premieres in just a few weeks, so you'd expect contestant -- and original winner -- Kelly Monaco to be nervous.

Instead, she tells Zap2it that her gig on "General Hospital" -- she'll continue to work throughout the DWTS run -- "almost lessens the pressure. I have a job. [DWTS] is like a bonus for me. I don't have anything riding on this."

Nor is Monaco apprehensive about facing the judges again.

"I really don't care if they think I suck," says the blunt babe. "It's three opinions out of all America. It really doesn't mean anything to me. I've been ridiculed, I've been praised -- I've gone through all the emotions. It doesn't really matter. If I go out there and fall on my face, I tried.

"It takes a lot of courage to get out there," she adds. "It's really like slitting your wrist and bleeding all over everybody. You're really vulnerable, you're putting yourself in the most vulnerable position and that in itself is commendable. Everything else is an experience."

And she's expecting that experience to be positive one.

"I'm looking to have a really good time," says Monaco. "I'm in it for fun and laughter and hopefully give the audience a good show."

"Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars" premieres Monday, Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
