F. Murray Abraham joins 'Homeland'
F. Murray Abraham has been cast in Season 2 of "Homeland," EW reports.
Abraham, who won an Oscar for "Amadeus" and has recently guested on "The Good Wife" as a simpering L.A. attorney -- is playing CIA intelligence operative Dar Adul. He joins other new cast members Roya Hammad (Zuleikha Robinson), a journalist with whom Brody (Damian Lewis) forms an uneasy alliance, and Rupert Friend as CIA agent Peter Quinn -- who is both handsome and heroic. (You'll see what we mean in episode 2, which made our heads explode.)
"Homeland" returns to Showtime Sunday, Sept. 30 at 10 p.m. on Showtime.
