Britney Spears and Demi Lovato talk 'X Factor' judging: 'We're really honest'

"The X Factor" usually focuses on the talent on stage, as contestants try to prove their singing skills to America to win the prize. This season, though, it's hard to deny that many viewers will be tuning in just to see what's happening off-stage... at the judges' table, to be specific. With Britney Spears and Demi Lovato on the scene, we're all fascinated by how the mercurial singers will do when confronted with up-and-coming talent.

In this new promo video from FOX, Britney and Demi dish on their judging style. "I feel like my judging style is very subtle," Britney says. "I try to use constructive criticism." (We love the moment when she tells a contestant, "I want to know who let you on stage.")

"I would say that I'm a happy judge. I'm really, really honest. That's the great thing about this panel, is we're really honest," Demi adds.
