'American Horror Story' Season 2 official trailer: Meet the inmates of the Asylum

"American Horror Story" has started trickling out delightfully creep teaser trailers for its second season, subtitled "Asylum," in the past couple weeks -- but now finally there is an official trailer, with actors and everything.

Meet some of the inmates -- Adam Levine, looking fairly normal; Lily Rabe as a nun; Evan Peters looking kind of catatonic; Chloe Sevigny in lingerie; and Sarah Paulson and Zachary Quinto in dressier outfits. Plus, of course, the people running the asylum -- James Cromwell, Joseph Fiennes and Jessica Lange. Those three are definitely the creepiest. As it should be.

"AHS" has also announced its premiere date -- mark your calendars for Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX. We can hardly wait to see what this season has in store.
