'The Good Wife' Season 4 adds Amanda Peet as a new friend for Alicia

Amanda Peet, most recently of NBC's "Bent," has been added as the newest recurring guest star on "The Good Wife" Season 4, reports TV Line.

Peet will play a client of Lockhart/Gardner's, a military lawyer who sues a contract worker for attempted sexual assault. She hires Alicia and the two become friends. Which is good because Alicia needs a better support system of friends.

Peet joins the previously-announced guest stars Maura Tierney, Marc Warren, Kristin Chenoweth and Nathan Lane. The fourth season of the popular CBS show is shaping up to be star-studded.
