TV ratings: 'So You Think You Can Dance' leads and 'Dogs in the City' goes downward

"So You Think You Can Dance" led FOX to primetime victory once again this week, though the reality show was down a bit over last Wednesday's numbers.

Elsewhere, CBS' new show "Dogs in the City" went to, uh, the dogs, falling by more than 1.5 million viewers.

FOX averaged 6.5 million viewers and a 4.0 rating/7 share in households for the night, beating out CBS' 5.8 million viewers and 4.0/7. NBC (3.8 million, 2.6/4) was third, while ABC grabbed fourth with 3.2 million viewers and a 2.1/4. The CW finished with 722,000 viewers and a 0.5/1.

FOX also came out on top in the adults 18-49 demo with a 2.4. CBS was second with a 1.2, ABC finished third with a 1.0, NBC had a 0.9, and The CW got a 0.3.
