Cory Monteith talks vulnerability on 'The Glee Project'

This week's episode of "The Glee Project" (Tuesday, June 19 at 10 p.m. on Oxygen) features "Glee" star Cory Monteith mentoring the contestants as they tackle the theme of "Vulnerability."

As you can see from the preview clip below, although the remaining "Glee" hopefuls are shocked and excited when he walks in, his presence did not actually make any of the contestants cry like Lea Michele did. Maybe it's because, as casting director Robert Ulrich puts it, he's "probably the most accessible actor on this show."

" It's very challenging homework assignment this week," he tells the contestants. "You have to tap into what makes you feel uncomfortable as a person so you can bring that to the role. If it's real for you, it's real for the audience."
