'Once Upon a Time' and 'Modern Family' plus five other ABC shows officially renewed for 2012-13 season

It's network upfronts season and the pick-ups just keep on coming. ABC has now officially renewed freshmen shows "Once Upon a Time," "Suburgatory" and "Revenge" for a second season and returning shows "Modern Family," "Grey's Anatomy," "The Middle" and "Castle" for the 2012-13 television season."Once Upon a Time" took a fun approach to announcing its renewal. Star Ginnifer Goodwin taped a Facebook video: "Hey Facebook fans, I'd like to be the first to tell you that we are coming back for a second season. We are nothing without you, we make it for you, so please tune in to 'Once Upon a Time' Season 2!"
None of the renewals come as a huge surprise, particularly for Emmy-winner "Modern Family." But it's nice to have confirmation.
