FOX renews 'Touch' but cancels 'Alcatraz' and 'The Finder'

kiefer-sutherland-david-mazouz-touch-2-foxKiefer Sutherland has had a long relationship with FOX after years of "24." That partnership is continuing. FOX just renewed his hour long drama "Touch" for Season 2. The show tells the story of Martin Bohm (Sutherland) and his autistic son Jake (David Mazouz) who doesn't speak but sees patterns in everyday things that connect the world.

Two other shows weren't so lucky. FOX has canceled both "Alcatraz" and "The Finder." This move wasn't unexpected since the ratings were less than stellar. The science fiction/prison drama's numbers went down every week and "The Finder" didn't find an audience. That show's series finale will air Friday, May 11.

Were you watching "Alcatraz" or "Touch?" Did you lose interest? Are you watching "Touch?" That show's audience has remained steady and seems to be getting more word of mouth as it goes on. Let us know your feelings about the FOX announcements below.
