'Chicago Fire': Taylor Kinney and Jesse Spencer fight fires, each other on NBC this fall

NBC's new drama "Chicago Fire" introduces us to the crew at a Windy City firehouse a month after they lost one of their own. The wounds have apparently not healed.

"House's" Jesse Spencer and Taylor Kinney of "The Vampire Diaries" play lieutenants in charge of the engine crew and the rescue squad, and they each blame the other for their colleague's death. Their conflict threatens to destroy the house's camaraderie, but we have a feeling they'll put their differences aside when lives are on the line again.

(Note to Kinney fans: "Chicago Fire's" producers, including "Law & Order" creator Dick Wolf, seem to get part of his appeal. He's frequently shirtless in the trailer.)

The series also stars Monica Raymund ("Lie to Me"), Lauren German ("Hawaii Five-0"), Charlie Barnett, Eamonn Walker ("Oz"), David Eigenberg ("Sex and the City"), Merle Dandridge ("Sons of Anarchy") and Teri Reeves. It will air on Wednesday nights in the fall.

What do you think of the trailer, and of Jesse Spencer's American accent?
