Bill O'Reilly 'holding people accountable' on Fox News for many years to come
Fox News host Bill O'Reilly has signed a multi-year deal to continue on with "The O'Reilly Factor" on the popular cable news channel, the network announced Tuesday (April 24). The terms of the contract were not disclosed.FNC chairman and CEO Roger Ailes says, "Bill's immense talent, intellect and raw convictions are an extremely rare combination in television and exemplify why 'The O'Reilly Factor' has been the number one program in cable news for more than a decade."
O'Relly adds, "'The Factor' takes pride in holding people accountable and I especially look forward to the exciting news cycle ahead."
O'Reilly has been with Fox News since 1996, when "The O'Reilly Report," later named "The O'Reilly Factor," debuted.
We hope he continues to spar with Comedy Central's Jon Stewart.
