ACM Awards 2012: 'Good Girl' Carrie Underwood kicks things off

Carrie Underwood kicked things off at the Academy of Country Music Awards 2012 with a performance of "Good Girl," the first single from her upcoming fourth studio album, titled "Blown Away."

It is quite the rootin'-tootin' girl power anthem that Carrie has become known for. The lyrics were a little too rapid-fire to understand much of what she was singing, but it sounded like a lot of fun, plus she looked very pretty in her purple dress.

It wasn't quite her performance with Steven Tyler from last year's ceremony - that was awesome. But not a bad way to kick things off. In case you missed it, video below.
