'Supernatural' sneak peek: Sam comes clean to Dean about his hallucinations
We have to admit, after several seasons of Sam and Dean keeping secrets from each other on "Supernatural," this whole honesty thing they're doing these days is a little unnerving! When Sam found himself overwhelmed by hallucinations of hell and Lucifer at the end of the most recent episode, we figured that he'd try to hide it all from Dean. In the clip from this week's episode, "Out With the Old," though, Sam is actually surprisingly upfront with Dean about the severity of the problem. The clip begins with Dean trying to get in touch with Frank, per usual -- but also per usual, it's not going particularly well. He notices that Sam's upped his coffee consumption and expresses his concerns.
"Every time I close my eyes, Lucifer's yelling into my head," Sam admits. "It's like I let him in once, and now I can't get rid of him." Poor Sam. It's certainly going to get worse before it gets better.
Of course, just because he's being honest doesn't mean he wants to have a therapy session, so Sam changes the subject to... "Black Swan." Kind of. Just watch the video, and tune in this Friday at 9 p.m. EST when "Supernatural" returns from hiatus. (If you missed our post about Castiel's return episode, check that out here.)
