'Boss' Season 2 first promo: Is dying Tom Kane more dangerous or less?
Kelsey Grammer took home the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Drama Series for his work on Season 1 of "Boss," the STARZ drama about Tom Kane, the ruthless mayor of Chicago. STARZ has now released the first promo for Season 2, which looks to be just as exciting as the first season.
It's hard to see much in the wham-bang montage of clips, which include Season 1 images as well as new ones. The Kane voiceover says, "I'm dying," as he lies twitching on the floor (Kane was diagnosed with a degenerative disease in the first episode of the series) and someone asks, "Does that make you more dangerous? Or less?"
Did you watch Season 1? You've got plenty of time to get caught up before it returns to STARZ with all new episodes in August. We found it to be dark, upsetting and incredibly compelling television. We're also going to firmly come down on the side of dying makes Kane more dangerous, not less.
