'American Idol': Is Phillip Phillips 'Hard to Handle'?

Phillip Phillips took to the "American Idol" stage for the Top 11 performances a few days off having kidney stone surgery, so ... yikes. But he didn't seem to let it bother him too much on the Black Crowes' "Hard to Handle" from 1990, the year of his birth.

We would've like to hear Phillip bust it open a little more on that song, but perhaps coming off the surgery, he can't quite bust it open the way he would normally like to. Randy said it was "Very bluesy, very cool and pop-y at the same time," while J.Lo said it was "so natural for you, it's in every cell of your body."
