The 200th episode of "NCIS" delivered big numbers for CBS Tuesday night, leading the network to an across-the-board ratings win in primetime. "The River," meanwhile, didn't make a very big splash for ABC with its two-hour premiere.

Elsewhere, "Glee" came down some after last week's Michael Jackson-fueled bump, and "Ringer" fell in its second week back on The CW.

CBS ran away with the total-viewer title for the night, drawing 16.2 million people and a 10.1 rating/16 share in households. That was more than double the total for second-place ABC (7.6 million, 4.7/7). FOX took third with 6.75 million viewers and a 4.1/6, topping NBC's 5.8 million and 3.7/6. The CW (1.25 million, 0.8/1) was well off the pace.

The adults 18-49 battle was a lot closer, but CBS still came out on top, scoring a 3.1 rating to edge out FOX's 3.0. ABC took third with a 2.4, followed by NBC, 2.0, and The CW, 0.6.
