'The Vampire Diaries' exclusive behind-the-scenes pics from tonight's episode

We're less than an hour away from tonight's all-new "Vampire Diaries" episode, in which we gain some insight into the Originals thanks to a little get-together at Casa de Klaus. Elsewhere, Caroline deals with some bad news... because Caroline hasn't had enough bad news in her life lately.We know you're all watching the clocks waiting for 8:00 p.m. EST to arrive, so we figured we'd soothe the anxiety a little bit with some fun behind-the-scenes photos from the episode.
These pics don't reveal any secrets, of course -- but with all the angst they're about to endure, it's nice to see Candice Accola and Torrey DeVitto breaking character to pal around, while Paul Wesley and Joseph Morgan rehearse a burning hot scene by the fire.
(Side note: Um, that fire looks awfully real, and awfully close to Wesley's limbs. Let's hope, for his sake, that it's a fake arm. Ouch!)
