Showtime renews 'Californication,' 'House of Lies' and 'Shameless'
Showtime continues to put on quite a show with their original programming. And for fans of "Shameless," "House of Lies" and "Californication," the network has good news as each of them is getting renewed."Shameless," the Emmy-nominated program about our favorite dysfunctional family, has delivered strong ratings with 4.75 million weekly viewers. This makes the program, which features William H. Macy, the network's No. 2 show behind "Dexter."
Thanks to a strong start, "House of Lies" is also getting the pick up. The program, which stars Don Cheadle and Kristen Bell, averages nearly 4 million weekly viewers.
And then there's Hank Moody (David Duchovny). The long-running series "Californication" will offer viewers another season looking at the screwed up life of the self-absorbed, hedonistic writer. Its sixth season will begin filming later in 2012.
