'Community' casts 'Breaking Bad' star Giancarlo Esposito

"Community" may be on hold on NBC, but production-wise, they're still cranking out episodes. (Which are getting dusty on some DVD somewhere, NBC. We're just sayin'.)

Now, Vulture reports that "Breaking Bad's" meth king, Giancarlo Esposito, will be making his way to Greendale when "Community" returns at an indeterminate date in the future. Esposito will play a business associate of Pierce's (Chevy Chase) crazy racist father.

Cornelius Hawthorne wasn't exactly the nicest guy in life, so if Esposito's character is crashing the Greendale party, we imagine it can't be for good reason.

Though there's no word on when the episode will air, you can currently see Esposito on "Once Upon a Time" as the mirror.
