Alec Baldwin set for 'Live! with Kelly' co-hosting gig

Alec Baldwin is set to join the parade of suitors paired with Kelly Ripa in the  "Live! with Kelly" co-host chair. The "30 Rock" regular and Words with Friends aficionado will join Ripa on Wednesday, Feb. 29.

Ripa has hosted a rotating cast of co-hosts -- including Kim Kardashian, Josh Groban, Jomah Hill, Tye Diggs, Kevin Jonas, Nick Lachey, Jerry Seinfeld and Ripa's husband, Mark Consuelos -- since Regis Philbin left the show in November.

Other just-announced hosts include Neil Patrick Harris, who will be making a return visit to join Ripa live from the Kodak Theatre for the day-after-the-Oscars broadcast on Feb. 27. Lucy Liu will join Ripa on Feb. 28, while Dan Abrams will finish out the week on March 1-2.

Scheduled guests for the week include actress "GCB's" Kristin Chenoweth, "Smash star Anjelica Huston and Don Cheadle.
