An "NCIS" rerun on Tuesday night scored a bigger total audience than most first-run shows, carrying CBS to an easy ratings win. The annual Kennedy Center Honors, though, fell some from last year's broadcast.

CBS averaged 9.75 million viewers and a 6.2 rating/10 share in households for the evening, beating second-place ABC (5.1 million, 3.2/5) by more than 4.5 million viewers. NBC (2.7 million, 1.8/3) came in third, a little ahead of FOX (2.5 million, 1.5/3). The CW drew a little under a million viewers and a 0.6/1.

None of the networks did much in the adults 18-49 demographic, but CBS led the way with a 1.4 rating. ABC was right behind at 1.3. FOX and NBC tied for third at 0.8, and The CW posted a 0.3.
