TV ratings: 'Criminal Minds,' 'CSI' give CBS an easy victory Wednesday

CBS' lineup of crime dramas won the rerun battle by a wide margin on Wednesday, more than doubling the viewers of its nearest competitor.

Led by "Criminal Minds," CBS averaged 9.8 million viewers and a 6.1 rating/10 share in households for the night. ABC was the best of the rest with just over 4 million viewers and a 2.6/4, while NBC (3.35 million, 2.3/4) came in third. FOX (2.5 million, 1.5/3) took fourth, while The CW came in at 1.2 million viewers and a 0.8/1.

CBS' lead among adults 18-49 wasn't as big as its total-viewer win, but it still comfortably led the night with a 2.1 rating. ABC drew a 1.2 in the demographic, topping FOX's 1.0 NBC earned a 0.8 and The CW a 0.4.
