'Up All Night': Reagan needs some assistance with Molly Shannon
Has parenthood caused Reagan Brinkley to go soft?
That's the theory Ava (Maya Rudolph) has when Reagan (Christina Applegate) is reluctant to let an assistant (guest star Molly Shannon) go in Wednesday's (Nov. 16) "Up All Night." And for once, we may have to agree with Ava -- at least for the part about firing the assistant.
As you can see in this clip from "Hiring & Firing" -- which you're watching first on Zap2it -- Shannon's character, Nancy, isn't much of a multi-tasker. Reagan is trying very hard to help Nancy turn things around, but ... no.
So yeah, Ava is probably right that Nancy's not really up to the demands of the job. But does she have to be so smug about it?
You can see the rest of "Up All Night" when it airs at 8 p.m. ET Wednesday on NBC.
