TV ratings: CMA Awards score big for ABC Wednesday
Fast national ratings for Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011ABC easily won Wednesday night with the "45th Annual CMA Awards" with 16.3 million viewers tuning in and a 9.9 rating/15 share in households. CBS came in at 10.7 million viewers and a 6.7/10, and FOX (10.1 million, 5.8/9) followed closely behind. NBC took the fourth spot with a little more than half of what ABC and CBS did, coming in at 5.9 million viewers and a 4.0/6). The CW (1.3 million, 0.9/1) barely squeaked by.
ABC also took the 18-49 category with a 4.8 rating. FOX followed with a 3.7 and CBS with a 3.0. NBC and the CW stayed close to the bottom with 1.5 and 0.6 respectively.
