'Pan Am' borrows John Travolta's plane for shoot
"Pan Am" is about to get a delivery from some A-list talent. The period
drama will use one of John Travolta's planes in one of their upcoming
episodes.The series will use Travolta's 707 as part of a show when the crew has to make an unscheduled landing in Haiti according to onlocationvacations.com. It is here that they are exposed to the political unrest and the hazards of the island nation.
The site also reports that the production team had to paint over the jet to make sure it had the Pan Am logo rather than its normal design.
The series is filming the episode at an airport in Long Island. It is slated to air Nov. 13 at 10 p.m. ET.
