Jon Hamm is a dumb robot on 'The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret'

We have very little idea of what's going on in this clip from Season 2 of IFC's "The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret." But we know this: Jon Hamm making weird noises is very, very amusing.

And when you have that, do you really need context?

We'll attempt to provide a little bit nonetheless: Per IFC, the scene is from the fourth episode of "Todd Margaret's" second season, which debuts Jan. 6 and which features Hamm in a guest-starring arc. The very possibly evil Dave (Blake Harrison) is attempting to pull a prank on Brent (Will Arnett), the title character's (David Cross) boss.

We don't know why Hamm is present, what his character is named (or if he's just playing Jon Hamm) and certainly don't get why Dave instructs him to make noises like a '70s computer/dumb robot. Nor, frankly, do we much care, because Hamm beeping and blooping is something we can, and will, watch over and over and over again.
