President Obama makes a 'Tonight Show' appearance
President Obama has been on the road a lot this week to tout his proposal for a jobs bill to audiences along the east coast. He'll head west next week, and make his case to a much bigger crowd via "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno." Obama will be Leno's guest on Tuesday (Oct. 25), the White House and NBC announced on Thursday.
It will be Obama's fourth appearance on the show. He visited Leno in 2006 and '07 and again in March 2009, becoming the first sitting president to appear on a late-night talk show. The president will be in California next week to sell his jobs bill and attend a fund-raising event.
We're betting that in addition to talk about politics and world affairs (including, no doubt, the death of Moammar Gadhafi in Libya Thursday), Leno might also ask Obama about not letting his daughters watch "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
