2011 World Series TV coverage schedule
The World Series has been set. The American League champion Texas Rangers will go up against the National League champion St. Louis Cardinals. The first game is set to start Wednesday, Oct. 19 in St. Louis - the Cardinals have home field advantage since the NL won the All-Star Game in July.The dates and channel have been released. The times are TBA, but since the Fall Classic games always go in primetime now, the start times are approximately 8 p.m. ET.
