TV ratings: 'America's Got Talent' rises Wednesday, leads NBC to win
Fast National ratings for Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011"America's Got Talent" posted its best Wednesday ratings in nearly two months in leading NBC to a win Wednesday night. "Big Brother" fell some from last week's performance but still tied for the lead in adults 18-49.
NBC averaged 7.9 million viewers and a 4.9 rating/8 share in households Wednesday evening, topping the 6.45 million viewers and 4.1/7 for second-place CBS. ABC (4.5 million, 2.9/5) came in third, a little ahead of FOX (3.9 million, 2.5/4). The CW scored 1.3 million viewers and a 0.9/1.
CBS and NBC tied for the lead in the 18-49 demographic, each drawing a 1.9 rating. ABC took third with a 1.5, followed by FOX, 1.2, and The CW, 0.5.

CBS: "Big Brother 13" (7.7 million viewers, 4.7/8 households)
NBC: "Minute to Win It" (5.6 million, 3.4/6)
ABC: "The Middle" reruns - two episodes (4.5 million, 2.9/5)

The CW: "America's Next Top Model" rerun (1.3 million, 0.9/1)
