Snoop Dogg gets his own family sitcom
Fresh off his (unsuccessful or unnoticed) bid to take over Yahoo!, Snoop Dogg has inked a deal to star in his own family sitcom. Snoop will develop the show at Warner Bros. TV, according to Deadline.com, with producer Don Reo, who worked with Snoop previously when the rapper guested on the FOX sitcom "Brothers."
Beyond the obvious news that Snoop will be playing a dad, there aren't any show specifics. Snoop previously starred in his own E! reality show, "Snoop Dogg's Father Hood," which gave viewers a peek at his surprisingly normal family life.
