'Dancing With the Stars': Ricki Lake, J.R. Martinez shine in Week 2

One week could have been a fluke. Two in a row and we're ready to say it: J.R. Martinez is one of the favorites on "Dancing With the Stars" this season.Martinez and Karina Smirnoff's score on Monday (Sept. 26) was the same as last week -- 22 -- but probably would have a couple points higher had Smirnoff not included an illegal lift at the start of their jive routine. The audience, lift or no, went nuts for it.
Martinez stands one point behind Ricki Lake, who snagged a 23, the night's best score, for her jive with partner Derek Hough. They danced to perhaps the least funky version of Outkast's "Hey Ya" ever, but the choreography was excellent, and Lake looked plenty comfortable on the floor.
